> 5% Electricity Price Reduction: WTU has also decreased the rates of all current WTU customers under the Direct Electricity Plan (DEP) by 5%**. This recent price decrease will mark the third price reduction for WTU customers in the last two years.

How the Winners will be Selected and Notified:

• The winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 6, 2008.
• Potential winners will be notified by express mail on or about November 7, 2008 after the completion of the drawing.
• First Prizes will be delivered within 6–8 weeks of verification of eligibility.
• Grand Prize will be delivered at the Christmas Light Parade in Abilene, Texas on December 2, 2008 after verification of eligibility and attendance at the Christmas Light Parade.
